What is the MyDudley platform?

MyDudley is a digital platform that allows you to request services from the council. It provides two-way communication. You can make a service request or enquiry, and council officers will respond to you through the platform.

How do I use MyDudley?

From the MyDudley homepage, click MyServices for the full A-Z list of forms, then select the form you require and follow the instructions in the form. To follow up an on-going case, simply click MyRequests to view all the requests you have raised. You can use MyAccounts to pay your council tax or housing rent. Click on Other Services for more council services.

How do I create an account on MyDudley?

On the MyDudley homepage, click Register, then enter your email address and follow the instructions to create a password. Then you can login and enter your name, date of birth, phone number and postcode.

Do I have to set up an account?

You can use MyDudley without an account but not all services will be available. For many services, we will need your contact details to progress or respond to the request.

Is my data secure?

The information you provide is held and processed in compliance with data protection law. Your details will only be shared when necessary to complete your service requests.

How will I know when my request has been actioned?

You will receive email updates on the progress of your request. You can also login in to your MyDudley account, click MyRequests and view the latest details on all your requests.

Can I still phone and speak to someone?

Using MyDudley is quick and easy, but you will still be able to talk face-to-face with a customer service advisor at Dudley Council Plus, or over the phone with a customer service advisor.

I already use the council website to pay my rent and council tax, do I still need a MyDudley account?

We have improved our online services and MyDudley will replace our existing digital platform.

I need a repair to my council home, can I request this through MyDudley?

Housing repair requests are not currently available on MyDudley. Please continue to contact the Repairs Management Centre on 0300 555 8283.

I submitted a request before MyDudley launched, can I see this in MyRequests?

Any requests you submitted to us before the launch of MyDudley will not be included in MyRequests. Only requests and reports that you have submitted in MyDudley will be shown.
